REFUND POLICY

​At Karida Forbes Jewelry, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition

  • Must include all original packaging and tags

  • Must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase​​

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at karidaforbesjewelry@gmail.com with your order details. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at karidaforbesjewelry@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
